Addendum
1. The LESSEE shall take out insurance covering his civil
liability for a minimum amount of two million dollars
($2,000,000), proof of which must be provided before the
keys are handed over.
2. The lessee must read, sign and comply with the
declaration of co-ownership and its regulations. the
security deposit will not be returned if the lessee
violates any regulations.
3. A refundable security deposit of $3150 must be
transferred to the LESSOR by interac transfer prior to the
start of the rental period. The LESSOR will carry out an
inspection on the last day of the rental period and provide
an immediate refund, if applicable. The deposit is refunded
only if no damage or excessive wear and tear to the
property is identified during the inspection at the end of
the lease. The deposit cannot be used as a last month's
payment or to pay utilities.
4. The balance must be paid in full before the keys are
handed over, by interac transfer to the LESSOR.
