It’s a chance to admire the landscapes, each one different from the last, and to get your fill of fresh air. From the mountains to the river, you can have a picnic and get some sun along the sandy banks.

The next day, the IRON MAN 70.3 race, a half-triathlon, is held.

The most intense race takes place during the month of August, in which things get more difficult: 3.8 km of swimming, 180 km of biking, and 42.2 km of running, all in less than 17 hours. Each year, more than 2,500 athletes from all over the world take part in the adventure and the city of Mont-Tremblant is reconfigured to allow cyclists and runners to move around comfortably.
